Safety In Process Equipment Design & Operation
Course Description
The Safety in Process Equipment Design & Operation course focuses on the critical importance of process safety in the design, operation, and maintenance of pressure equipment in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process industries. From design considerations to operational methodologies, safety remains a top priority throughout the equipment's lifecycle. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of process safety elements with an emphasis on engineering design, hazard mitigation, and the application of global safety standards. Participants will explore key concepts, including safety valve sizing, process hazard analysis techniques (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA), and methodologies to design inherently safer systems. The course features practical examples, exercises, and industry-relevant insights to ensure participants can apply these concepts effectively

This course is designed for a wide range of professionals, including:

· Team Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors in process industries.

· HSE Professionals and Personnel, including auditors and officers.

· Emergency Response Teams, Security Personnel, and Fire Officers.

· Engineers and Maintenance Personnel involved in equipment operation and inspection.

· Control Center Operators, Procurement Managers, and Laboratory Personnel.

This interactive Training will be highly interactive, with opportunities to advance your opinions and ideas and will include;
