5.2 OH&S Performance Metrics
· Key metrics for monitoring safety performance (TRIR, LTIR, near-miss reporting).

· Using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for continuous improvement.

5.4 Final Group Activity: OH&S Program Development Exercise
· Participants will work in teams to design an OH&S program for a case study organization.
· Presentations and feedback session on the program design and its implementation plan.
