The seminar is appropriate for those who are responsible for managing any type of person, group or team or those who want to learn some skills to be able to better manage their work. It will benefit anyone who desires to develop more productive improvement and human interaction skills that will improve performance.
The seminar is an interactive learning adventure that emphasizes interaction between the instructor and participants and between participants and participants. The seminar has a mixture of short lectures on concepts, followed by discussion, activities, role playing and videos for reinforcement, then actual interpersonal interaction in the seminar to demonstrate concepts and techniques.
