Course Description

This 5-day PMP Certification Course is designed to prepare professionals for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam while integrating Agile principles and real-world applications. The course follows PMI’s latest exam content outline (ECO) and PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

The course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass the PMP® exam on their first attempt, while also providing practical, real-world application of project management concepts, including Agile methodologies.

Participants will gain 35 Contact Hours (PDUs), engage in hands-on activities, and practice with 250+ PMP exam questions. The course blends theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, including simulation tests, quizzes, and group discussions, to reinforce learning.
