Advanced Reliability Centered Maintenance
Course Description
Reliability Centered Maintenance is a methodology used to determine the right maintenance tasks to ensure that any physical asset on system containing its uses want it to do, in its present operating context. This course goes through the theory and principles of RCM. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a process to establish the safe minimum levels of maintenance while ensuring an equipment continues to perform its design function within the current operating context. It achieves this by providing a means for determining optimal maintenance and operational strategies based on the probability and consequence of the analyzed failure modes. The course covers advanced maintenance techniques, reliability improvement strategies, and cutting-edge technologies to ensure high efficiency and operational stability of these critical mechanical systems.

This course is intended for experienced professionals who are involved in Advanced Reliability Centered Maintenance and including:

• Maintenance Engineers
• Mechanical Engineers
• Maintenance Technicians
• Reliability Engineers
• Operations Managers
• Plant Supervisors
