• Prepare an organization for internal audit, management review, and certification

• Compliance officers and managers responsible for CMS implementation
• Project leads on compliance/governance initiatives
• Risk and governance professionals
• Consultants supporting ISO 37301 implementation projects

In-Person or Online

• Instructor-led sessions with practical workshops
• Hands-on use of implementation templates (policy, risk register, controls matrix)
• Case-based exercises
• Delivered in Arabic and/or English

• Module 1: Conducting a gap analysis against ISO 37301:2021 requirements
• Module 2: Defining CMS scope and identifying compliance obligations
• Module 3: Developing the compliance policy and governance structure
• Module 4: Building the compliance risk assessment methodology and risk register
• Module 5: Designing controls, procedures, and documented information
• Module 6: Establishing reporting channels, investigation processes, and whistleblowing mechanisms
• Module 7: Preparing for internal audit, management review, and certification readiness

BTS attendance certificate will be issued to all attendees completing minimum of 80% of the total course duration.
