Practical Output: Physical Security Assessment Report including asset inventory, threat and vulnerability analysis, risk matrix, and prioritised countermeasure recommendations.

MODULE 2: Physical Security Countermeasures (4 HOURS)
Practical Output: Countermeasure selection matrix aligned with a provided risk analysis scenario — documenting countermeasure type, justification, integration requirements, and implementation priority.

MODULE 3 : Security System Design & Integration (4 HOURS)
Practical Output: Security system design brief including performance requirements, system integration specifications, design schedule, and cost-benefit analysis summary.

MODULE 4 : Implementation & Vendor Management (4 HOURS)
Practical Output: Vendor evaluation matrix and implementation oversight plan including bid evaluation criteria, project milestones, commissioning checklist, and SLA framework.
