Course Description

This programme equips security and operations professionals with a comprehensive, practice-oriented understanding of crisis and emergency management — covering the full lifecycle from threat assessment and preparedness planning through active incident response and organisational recovery. Grounded in ASIS International standards — including CPP Domain 7 (Crisis Management), ASIS SPC.1-2021 (Workplace Violence and Active Assailant Prevention), and ASIS ORM.1 — this course delivers a structured, standards-aligned learning experience across five modules. Programme content is applicable across governmental, corporate, public venue, and critical infrastructure environments.

Out of Scope

  • Business Continuity Planning as a standalone discipline — covered in a separate BTS programme (APP Domain 3 Task 5 not mapped in this programme)
