This course provides a structured and practical approach to implementing and managing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on ISO 22301, using the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. By the end of this training course, participants should be able to:

6. Monitor, evaluate, and improve BCMS performance using PDCA methodology.
7. Prepare the organization for ISO 22301 certification audit.

BTS attendance certificate will be issued to all attendees completing minimum of 80% of the total course duration.
