Course Description

      Perform a needs assessment to frame the problem/opportunity, clarify value, align goals/objectives, and identify stakeholders.

      Build a requirements approach: traceability strategy, requirements management plan, change control and document control methods, and measurable acceptance criteria.

      Execute requirements analysis end-to-end: elicit, model, decompose, evaluate options, prioritize, baseline, specify, validate, and define detailed metrics/acceptance criteria.

      Manage traceability and monitoring across the lifecycle: track status/relationships, communicate status/issues, and manage changes against the baseline.

      Conduct solution evaluation: validate test evidence vs acceptance criteria, analyze gaps/deltas, obtain sign-off, and assess realized value vs the business case.

      Apply the ECO knowledge and skills toolkit (elicitation, prioritization, valuation, modeling, traceability, validation/verification, etc.) in scenario-based questions.

Module 2 - Domain 1: Needs Assessment
