Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is a structured approach that employs statistical methods to measure, monitor, and improve the quality of processes and products. SQC is a set of tools which may influence decisions related to the functions of the specification, production and inspection. These powerful tools have been widely used in many industries to improve quality and reduce costs. SQC is specially designed to equip supervisors, technicians and engineering staff with the various SQC tools and techniques for the purpose of improving quality and reducing costs.
