This intensive 5-day course, Project Management for Facility Management, is designed to equip Facility Supervisors with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to effectively manage facility-related projects. From small-scale renovations to major infrastructure upgrades, facility supervisors are often responsible for delivering projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with operational needs.
The course blends foundational project management principles with facility-specific applications, focusing on real-world scenarios, industry best practices, and hands-on exercises. Key topics include project planning, procurement, contractor management, and monitoring and control techniques such as Earned Value Analysis (EVA), which allows supervisors to measure project performance and progress accurately.
