• Thermodynamics of compression

Day 3

• Reciprocating compressors
• Rotary screw compressors

• Pump and compressor operating/control methods
• Pump installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance considerations
• Compressor installation, operation troubleshooting and maintenance considerations
• Auxiliary systems – lube oil, seal flush, and monitoring instruments

Day 4

• Equipment Drive system (Clutches & Brakes Belt Drive Systems and Chain Drive Systems, )
• Assembly and disassembly procedurse for pumps

• Prapare Materails list for maintenance as per drawing
• Basic principles of shaft alignment for rotating equipment
• Drive Shafts Keys and Couplings
• Gasket and seal maintenance of equipment
• Reading Piping & Instroment Digram P and ID

Day 5 

• Fabrication and piping sytem
• Storage tank and design
• Operation and mantenance of Heat exchanger
• Locking Systems and bolts
• Overview of relevant standards (API, ISO).
• Overview of diagnostic tools: vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis
• Developing maintenance schedules for equipment

BTS attendance certificate will be issued to all attendees completing minimum of 80% of the total course duration.
