  • Setting goals, holding performance reviews, conducting effective meetings, delegating and empowering.
  • Role-play and identify best practices for frequently encountered coaching & mentoring situations.

Target Audience

This course is designed for Managers or Supervisors who’s Responsibilities require Coaching, counselling and/or mentoring others with the aim of reaching stretching targets.

Training Methods

The programme will be interactive and practical. There will be work in groups and pairs as well as individual exercises, role plays, and everyone will get an opportunity to discuss their issues with human resources challenges. Each day will end with time to produce an action plan for delegates’ continuing development.
