BASIC CHROMATOGRAPHY TECHNIQUE OPERATION, APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS TROUBLESHOOTING
Course Description
One of the most important separations, qualitative and quantitative technic is chromatograph, It is need time to gain experience in this field of analysis so, training is very effective to help trainee avoiding losing money and time. Gas and liquid chromatography are the most used chromatographic technics in the world and the highest number of instruments turn on every day. Trainee will known chromatographic fundamentals, choosing the correct configuration of the chromatographic instrument to achieve accurate results of analysis.

By the end of this course trainee will be able to:

  • Understanding the scientific background of the chromatographic technic.
  • Determine the suitable configuration of chromatographic instrument according to the analysis required.
  • Awareness of operation, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of chromatographic instruments.
  • Calibration, standardization and equivalent reference methods.

The course is designed for chemists, lab technicians, chemical engineers, instrument engineers and lab supervisors/managers.
