Fire Fighting in the Oil Industry" training refers to specialized instruction designed for workers in the oil and gas sector, focusing on the unique fire hazards present in such environments, proper use of specialized firefighting equipment like foam systems, and emergency response procedures to effectively combat hydrocarbon fires in an oil rig, refinery, or pipeline setting.

To equip workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and prevent fire hazards specific to oil and gas operations, understand proper response procedures in case of a fire, safely utilize firefighting equipment, and effectively contain and extinguish fires while prioritizing life safety and minimizing environmental damage, all within the context of complex oil and gas facility layouts and potential hazards.

    • Recognizing potential ignition sources and areas of high fire risk within an oil and gas facility. 

 

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE):

BTS attendance certificate will be issued to all attendees completing minimum of 80% of the total course duration
