Feasibility Studies and Project Evaluation and Analysis
Course Description
The Feasibility Study is an analysis and evaluation of a proposed project to determine if it is technically feasible, is feasible within the estimated cost, and will be profitable. Feasibility studies are almost always conducted where large sums are at stake. Feasibility studies address issues that could influence the success of a potential project and assess the advantages and disadvantages of each option so they can be ranked. The end product of the study is a clear, concise report which presents the proposed project’s objectives, with conclusions and recommendations for the next phase.
